MNS type low-voltage withdrawable complete cabinet

      The MNS type low-voltage withdrawable switchgear (hereinafter referred to as the switchgear) is an advanced low-voltage switchgear designed and improved based on the MNS series low-voltage switchgear abroad to meet the needs of the development of the power industry. It can be widely used in various low-voltage distribution systems such as power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises, buildings and hotels, and municipal construction.

1.The frame of the M NS type low-voltage switchgear is a modular structure, with the basic skeleton assembled from C-shaped steel. All structural components of the cabinet frame have been galvanized and firmly connected to form the basic cabinet frame using self tapping locking screws or 8.8 grade hexagonal bolts. In addition, corresponding components such as doors, partitions, installation brackets, and busbar functional units have been assembled to form a complete switchgear. The internal dimensions, component dimensions, and compartment dimensions of the switchgear vary according to modularization (E=25mm).

2.Each cabinet of the MNS type combination low-voltage switchgear is divided into three compartments, namely the horizontal busbar compartment (at the back of the cabinet), the drawer compartment (at the front of the cabinet), and the cable compartment (at the bottom or right side of the cabinet). The rooms are separated from each other by steel plates or high-strength flame-retardant plastic functional boards, and there are metal plates with ventilation holes between the upper and lower drawers to effectively prevent accidents caused by arcing or short circuits between busbars and other circuits due to faults in switch components.

3.The structural design of the M NS type low-voltage switchgear can meet the requirements of various incoming and outgoing line schemes: upper inlet and upper outlet, upper inlet and lower outlet, lower inlet and upper outlet, and lower inlet and lower outlet.

4.The structural components have strong universality and flexible assembly, with E=25mm as the modulus. The structure and pull-out units can be combined arbitrarily to meet the needs of system design.

5.The mechanical interlocking mechanism of various sizes of drawers complies with standard regulations, with three obvious positions for connection, testing, and separation, ensuring safety and reliability.

6.Adopting standard module design: It can form standard units for protection, operation, conversion, control, adjustment, measurement, indication, etc., and can be assembled according to requirements.

GCK low-voltage withdrawable switchgear

      The GCK low-voltage withdrawable switchgear (hereinafter referred to as the switchgear) consists of two parts: the power distribution center (PC) cabinet and the motor control center (MCC). This device is suitable for control and distribution systems with AC 50 (60) Hz, rated operating voltage of 660V and below, and rated current of 4000A and below. It is used as power distribution, motor control, and lighting distribution equipment.

       And it has the advantages of high breaking capacity, good dynamic and thermal stability, advanced and reasonable structure, flexible electrical scheme, series, strong universality, arbitrary combination of various scheme units, a large number of circuits accommodated in one cabinet, saving floor space, high protection level, safety and reliability, and convenient maintenance.

1.The whole cabinet adopts an assembled combination structure, with modular hole installation, strong universality of components, good applicability, and high standardization.

2.The upper part of the cabinet is the busbar room, the front part is the electrical room, and the rear part is the cable inlet and outlet room. There are steel plates or insulation boards between each room for isolation to ensure safety.

3.The door of the drawer compartment in the MCC cabinet is mechanically interlocked with the operating handle of the circuit breaker or isolation switch, and the door can only be opened when the handle is in the open position.

4.The power switch, contact switch, and drawer of the MCC cabinet have three positions: on position, test position, and off position.

5.The top of the switchgear can be equipped with a busbar bridge according to the power supply needs.

GCS type low-voltage withdrawable switchgear

      The GCS type low-voltage withdrawable switchgear is suitable for use in power generation and supply systems with a three-phase AC frequency of 50Hz, a rated operating voltage of 400V (690V), and a rated current of 4000A and below, as a power distribution and motor centralized control, and capacitor compensation. Widely used in power plants, petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, textile, high-rise buildings and other places, it can also be used in large power plants, petrochemical systems and other places with high automation and computer interface requirements.

1.The frame adopts 8MF open steel, and the main frame is equipped with installation holes of E=20mm and 100mm with a diameter of 9.2mm, making the frame assembly flexible and convenient.

2.The various functional rooms of the switchgear are isolated from each other, and their compartments are divided into functional unit rooms, busbar rooms, and cable rooms.The functions of each room are relatively independent.

3.The horizontal busbar adopts a cabinet mounted flat arrangement to enhance its ability to resist electric forces, which is a basic measure to make the main circuit have high short-circuit strength.

4.The design of the cable compartment makes it very convenient for cables to enter and exit both up and down.

5.The modulus of drawer height is 160mm. The drawer only changes in height dimension, and its width and depth dimensions remain unchanged. Drawers with the same functional unit have good interchangeability. The rated current of the unit circuit is 400A or below.

6.The drawer panel has clear markings for opening, closing, testing, and withdrawing positions. The drawer unit is equipped with a mechanical interlocking device. The drawer unit is the main body, with both pull-out and fixed functions, and can be mixed and combined for any use.

7.The protection level of the cabinet is IP30 IP40, and it can also be selected according to user needs.

GGD type AC low-voltage distribution cabinet

       The GGD type AC low-voltage distribution cabinet is suitable for power users such as substations, power plants, and mining enterprises, with an AC 50Hz, rated working voltage of 380V, and rated working current of 1000-3 150A in the distribution system. It is used for power conversion, distribution, and control of power, lighting, and power generation and distribution equipment.

       A new type of low-voltage distribution cabinet designed according to the principles of safety, economy, rationality, and reliability. The product has the characteristics of high breaking capacity, good dynamic and thermal stability, flexible electrical scheme, convenient combination, series, strong practicality, novel structure, and high protection level. Can be used as a replacement product for low-voltage switchgear.

1.The cabinet body of the GG D-type AC low-voltage distribution cabinet adopts a universal cabinet form, and the frame is assembled by locally welding 8MF cold-formed steel, with 20 installation holes and a high universal coefficient.

2.GGD cabinet fully considers heat dissipation issues. There are different numbers of heat dissipation slots on both ends of the cabinet. When the electrical components inside the cabinet heat up, the heat rises and is discharged through the upper slot. Cold air is continuously replenished into the cabinet through the lower slot, forming a natural ventilation channel from bottom to top in the sealed cabinet, achieving the purpose of heat dissipation.

3.According to the requirements of modern industrial product design, the GGD cabinet adopts the golden ratio method to design the cabinet body shape and the division dimensions of each part, making the whole cabinet beautiful and generous.

4.The top cover of the cabinet can be removed when needed to facilitate the assembly and adjustment of the main busbar on site. The four corners of the cabinet top are equipped with lifting rings for lifting and shipping.

5.The protection level of the cabinet is IP30, and users can also choose between IP20I P40 according to environmental requirements.

Low voltage withdrawable switchgear

      The MNS low-voltage withdrawable switchgear (hereinafter referred to as the switchgear) is developed by our company with reference to the MNS series low-voltage switchgear of ABB in Switzerland and comprehensive improvements. It is currently one of the more advanced low-voltage withdrawable switchgear equipment in China. This product is composed of standardized and series of modules, and the drawers have reliable mechanical interlocking devices, making it safer and more reliable for users to use.

      This switchgear is suitable for AC 50 (60) Hz, rated operating voltage 400V, 660V. A three-phase five wire power supply system with a rated current of 5000A or below can be used in power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises, buildings, hotels, airports, docks, and communication centers such as broadcasting and television to control power generation, transmission and distribution, energy conversion, and energy consumption equipment. The main busbar is compensated for reactive power through a capacitor compensation cabinet.
